We come together for an in depth discoery session. In this meeting, I learn about you first. Then we move on to business, your offerings and where you are headed.

Proposal

Based on what I learned, I design a personalized proposal that includes the project outline, package options with pricing, projected timeline, details and more.

Booking

To book your project, a package needs to be approved by you. Then a contract is signed and a deposit paid.

Design begins

I begin crafting all that is needed to bring your project to life. Because this is an experience, there will be imput on your end and you’ll be informed the whole way through.

The cost of your project is unique to your needs. As much as I love price transparency, the total is dependent on customization. Payment plans are available which is all laid out in my proposals.

Frequently Asked Questions

This is dependent on if the project is a rush job, sprint or normal brand project. A rush job can be completed in 2 weeks. A brand sprint can be completed in 3 weeks. The minimum time for a normal brand project is 1 month. Projects rely on edits and direction from the client (you!). This is also dependent on the size and needs of your branding project.
Like branding, a website design can be a rush job, a sprint or a normal paced project. A rush job can be as little as 2.5 weeks and a sprint is generally 3-4 weeks. A normal paced website design project is roughly 6 weeks. This is alway dependent on the size and customization of your project which we clarify in our initial call.
I am a Squarespace Expert and Circle Member so I love and recommend Squarespace a lot. I also work in Shopify, Showit and Webflow. I also am very familiar with other platforms and we will discuss this in our initial call.
Some websites need so much customization that I also will design the front end and have a developer create from that design.
For large projects, yes payment plans are put in place. A deposit is paid at starting and then automatic payments are setup based on dates and paid in full when the project is completed.
For smaller projects, the payments can be split up in 2; one payment as the deposit and one payment scheduled 1-2 weeks after.
I accept Zelle, Apple Pay, Venmo and cards. I do not accept any form of checks.
I have a questionnaire that I have you fill out which gives me a lot of insight into whether I can fulfill your vision and project. I also recommend looking through my work portfolio.
We learn a lot about each other in our initial call.
Yes but it varies if you are a new client or a returning client.
New client projects are project rated whereas returning clients might need hourly support to edit a website (as an example). The minimum is 1 hour if you are a returning client.
I do not offer discounts but I do 1 pro bono projects a year. This is determined by the need and project size. I have an application for this process.

No I do not offer refunds. The details of termination and refunds are laid out in full in my contract.

Yes! I love traveling for photography. I travel throughout Santa Barbara county and to Ventura (proper) with no added fee. Anything beyond that will have an extra cost and potential other details to work out.
